  1. Feeding Stray Dogs is Allowed ✅
    • Stay Dog Feeding is not banned in Uttar Pradesh.
    • However, it must be done only in designated safe places – away from schools, children’s parks or crowded areas.
  2. Feeders’ Responsibility 🍲
    • Feeders must keep the place clean after feeding.
    • Food and clean water should be provided in proper bowls/containers.
    • If dirtiness or nuisance occurs, the responsibility lies with the feeder.
  3. Local Authorities’ Role 🏢
    • Nagar Nigam & Nagar Panchayats must identify safe feeding points.
