Bharat Vandana Park is a large 220-acre theme park coming up in Sector 20, Dwarka, Delhi. Often referred to as “Mini India,” the park is designed to showcase the country’s rich cultural, linguistic, and geographical diversity in one place.
The park’s layout is inspired by a lotus flower, with each petal planned as a separate activity or experience zone. The project is being developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and takes inspiration from Mini Europe in Brussels. The foundation stone for the park was laid in December 2019 by Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
The biggest highlight of Bharat Vandana Park is its collection of 36 miniature replicas of iconic Indian monuments. From the Red Fort in Delhi to the Hawa Mahal in Jaipur, visitors will be able to experience the essence of India’s heritage in one place. With beautifully designed lakes, gardens, walking bridges and food stalls, the park offers the feeling of traveling across the country in just a few hours.
The park has also been planned as an eco-friendly space, with features such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting systems, and sustainable water bodies, making it both enjoyable and environmentally responsible.
