This Veterinary Hospital Constructed with Assistance from GOI under ESVHD-2010-11

ESVHD stands for “Establishment and Strengthening of Veterinary Hospitals & Dispensaries”. It was a Central Sector Scheme launched by the Government of India in the 2010–11 financial year, aimed at upgrading veterinary infrastructure across the country. 

How it worked: 

The central government provided 90% funding, and the state covered the rest. Funds were used to build or renovate veterinary hospitals and dispensaries. The goal was to bring quality healthcare for livestock—like vaccination, treatment, basic services closer to rural areas.
